形态描述
体裸露无鳞。前鼻孔与后鼻孔明显分开。尾柄侧扁。上唇边缘具1—2行乳头状突起，下唇乳突更为发达。第1鳃弓内侧鳃耙11—13枚。腹鳍基部起点稍前于背鳍起点。游离鳔后室小，通过一长管与鳔前室相连。雄性个体胸鳍的前数根鳍条变硬变宽，背面增厚，具刺状突起。
生物学
This loach is commonly found in Hami City, Turpan City and Toksun County,Xinjiang. It inhabits the cold water streams and ditches over gravelly bottom.
